Our Brand Story

The Origin of Zhizuocha

The story of Zhizuocha begins with a desire for "purity".

In an era where hand-shaken drinks are everywhere, we repeatedly asked ourselves: Is there a delicious option that comforts the taste buds without burdening the body? Thus, we turned our gaze back to the earth, picking up its most primitive gift—grains.

A Gentle, Caffeine-Free Companion

Unlike traditional tea leaves, we selected premium Taiwanese grains like black beans, red beans, purple rice, and buckwheat. Because they contain zero caffeine, this is a tea that won't cause heart palpitations or disrupt your sleep. It is an inclusive choice that expectant mothers, children, and those seeking late-night relaxation can enjoy with complete peace of mind.

Authentic Flavor Refined by Time

We believe that true flavor cannot be rushed. Zhizuocha insists on a "low-temperature roasting" technique. Though time-consuming, it perfectly locks in the grain's nutrients and gently awakens its natural aroma. From washing and roasting to brewing, we strictly reject artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.

A Modern Perspective on Wellness

This is our young team's tribute and innovative approach to traditional wisdom. We aim to use a more modern, convenient way to make drinking good tea and maintaining a healthy body a simple, everyday routine for urban professionals.

The sweetness in every sip is the truest taste of the harvest.

Meet Our Mascot

Hello, I'm Siu Zhi!

Hello everyone!
I'm Siu Zhi!

My original career path was in 'agricultural security' (being a scarecrow, basically). But I soon discovered that the aroma of the grains at Zhizuocha was far too tempting to ignore. After sneaking a sip, I immediately handed in my resignation and followed the boss here (well, mostly for the free drinks and food).

  • Title: "Chief Tasting Officer" of Zhizuocha (Self-proclaimed)
  • Daily Duties: Tasting drinks every day (hence the growing belly) and chatting with customers.
  • The Sprout: It's not just a decoration on my head! It's a "Flavor Radar" that twitches whenever it smells good tea!
  • Catchphrase: Got time for tea? Make it Zhizuocha!
